I don't know him but the time frame indicated is since a 'certain poster' became 'active' once again ..I noted the post a few days ago, he's failed to post another in the nigh on 72hrs... the dead give away for this thread were the the words 'tram' and 'observation'...one and one usually make two, though sometimes even that can be deceptive here...
