Those are the number of seconds in a year and I say he's 23.

365.2421990740741 days a year.

1,460.968796296296 every 4 years. So not a full day is really added on Feb. 29th every 4 years?

I have also seen other sites say that a year is 365.26

Every 19 years the modern calendar is the same as the Jewish calendar. And when you go by days/months/years in the bible you should go by that one and not the modern one?

I can't quite remember what I had i m ind, I am pretty sure (rather, fairly_ ding dang damn I am without the dictionaries and Handbook of English Grammar and Usage), I am pretty sure I thought on old year with "old bugger" but this 23 confuses me. Was it Chinese new year? But goat year started midnight...

Also, don't forget about the leap seconds added every few years to keep the year up better up to date with atomic clocks.
