Recently I started going to the gym after a few years of very little physical activity and thought I'd try the rowing machine.

So far I've completed 3 3km rows with the last taking 14.24.

The challenge? Go and beat it.

Do I have to row, or can I use a car?

Sure, just crash it into the gym and rid the world of your deluded self.

2km or 5km are the standard distances on the Concept2. Sub 8 one sub 20 are good targets. Sub7 for 2k is club athlete type level, not elite.

Yeah, 2 and 5km were the standard choices on the machine I used as well, had to manually choose 3km. I prefer it, 5km sub 20 would be very tough.

Don't be sore just because I could beat you one handed.
    It's not your fault.

The only one you can 'beat' one handed is yourself.

And no, I don't want to watch. 😕

Swimming is my thing these days. Before it got busy for me i could do 6 x 25M before my body said no. I can probably do 50M without a break. Next year i'm aiming for 250 meters.

I'd have to let her in the room for her to try.
