Not much Spoiler info, since I've never seen this version. Loved the original. Just watched the first 2hr. episode....
I thought it was prety good, but not sure I'm going to like when Apolo and Starbuck kiss... I am sure it will happen. Starbuck is now a girl, but girls are cool so I will deal with it.
I guess they still have Frack... and I think someone says Chizz... or some other curse...
I look forward to the next episode, but I bet it would be lame for someone not into the original... or would it be better?
Also makes me wonder if the 13th colony will be modern Earth, or is this how the 13th colony comes about? Will they stick to the original and find Earth... or colonize it???

EDIT! Come to think of it, BSG had a cute pet... Daggit... it was a fluffy robot dog, with just enough metal showing to remind the audiance it was a robot... I think it came late in the series when BSG started to "Jump the Shark". I don't think we'll have to worry about Daggit in this Mini Series... I sure hope anyway!

Alright, they introduced Boxie... or what ever the kid's name is. He was the kid with the Daggit.... I hope there is no Daggits in this!
Ahh, more neat things happened! Turns out there is a Cylon in with the main characers... I am kinda surprised at the fact I kind of figured this character to be one... No idea why I did, perhaps because this person was so "human"... very emotional.... too emotional?
Still a good show, still enjoying it. They will be running back to back all episodes I think Sunday starting at 7pm on Sci Fi, if you get a chance check it out.
