He seems to be quite complicated and bipolar sometimes.

As calm as the surface of a quiet pond at times, then turns into a hurricane
of controversy at a moment's notice.

I fear what may happen if a morbidly obese Christian plops down next to him on a train and aggressively witnesses to him.

But basically he's a nice chap.
