I am a college student. i live in a region of the country that never gets snow of any significance. well, today, we did. apparently the liquor stores got raided early. And I can't go home to get blasted with my friends. so, I'm stuck here in my dorm with nothing but a half-pack of cigarettes. Depression looms.

This is a good example of something that college can teach you -- never let your beer/liquor/wine/chocolate chip cookie stockpile reach empty. You always fill up before you actually need to.
If you only learn a single thing at college, let it be this.
