Just an easy question here. At Friendly's, is does a Fribble use hard ice cream and a milkshake soft or the other way around, and is this the way it has always been at your local Friendly's?

No Friendly's around me either. Although there used to be one many years ago, if I recall correctly.

According to one website,

A "Fribble" is a milk shake made with ice milk instead of ice cream.
