The 3 game id's 252855 252854 252856 are all the same opponents and after white in 2 of the games can take blacks queen, white resigns and in game id 252856 black can take whites queen then resigns 😕😕😕

Looks a bit suspicious.

Seems to me this sort of thing should be fairly easy to detect via software. what if we were to ask Russ to check for players that have a suspicious number of very short games resulting in checkmate or resignation, these then to be examined manually?
