I had a good idea for a comedy film - a small time politician steals a large amount of money from the Govornment, but people keep finding out about it and he has to keep bribing people to keep quiet until, eventually, he has less then he started with.
It should be a winning formula, especially with someone like Ben Stiller - who is good at playing a natrual victim role.
