On the other hand, fact that genuine appreciation for RHP is suddenly

flowing community wide suggests something on earth has thawed.

May be some merit in a scheduled (day or part day) monthly outage.


Benefits... would give an overworked system periodic rest, Russ the

option of a routine maintenance window, the rest of us the opportunity

to regain our perspective and/or come home to our senses.
