transylvania is always a sensitive subject among romanians. although we don't mind taking money from tourists to show them where dracula lived, their ignorance always amuses us.

did you know that dracula didn't rule in transylvania? that dracula comes from "the order of the Dracul" meaning dragon, awarded to "Dracula"'s father for heroic deeds? that the story of dracula was created by Stoker who didn't even visit romania and only gathered folklore spread by german traders who got pissed because vlad (dracula) shut them down?

There's two things I know about Transalvania.

1. There are no werewolves there.
2. Nobody can point the bloody place out on a map.
