Being an E Bay user for some time now, there are two things that REALLY annoy me 😠😠
Firstly, Why oh Why do people who you have purchased off, via Paypal in particular, insist on witholding feedback until they receive your feedback ? I mean, they already have thier money regardless !!!
Secondly, if I sell an item, I state prior to sale, that the P&P/shipping costs ONLY what the post office charges, there are some right greedy bxxxxxxs out there.........since when did it ever cost over 2 pounds to send a CD ??? or more for a DVD ???

Ebay has got worse. They own Paypal now so fees for late charges are a little higher. 😠 The want it now it really bad. I am a member who follows the rules but I got a note saying that I had been reported for inapropriate posting to want in now. I posted a stocking with rose petals for the bed and PERSONALISED LOVE POME FOR SOMEONES HUSBAND's present. Hardly offensive but told if this happens again you can be banned from it for a week. I dont use that bit of the site anymore. Also P A P should be more closely watched as it has got stupid you can buy a item for 99p but the shipping is £10. Very annoying. Ang yes moaning done. Happy new years too. 😏

Yes, I know you can reply to negative feedback, but it doesn't look so great if you already said, "Great transaction, great ebayer...A+++", and then you have to change your tune.
Secondly, yes, shipping is outrageous on some items, but that's where a lot of people make their profit. That sort of thing has been going on for ages---and not just on ebay. The best thing to do is to pay attention and make sure the TOTAL PRICE is reasonable for the item you want. If not, nobody's forcing you to buy.
