Can anyone recommend Absinthe? I've never had the pleasure but am considering buying some.

Is it similar in any way to Ouzo or completely different? Ouzo I know.

I take it you mean the fortafied vodka that you get in the Czech Republic, and not the banned french stuff that has halucionagenic properties.

Absinthe does not cause hallucinations whatsoever.

It's a myth.

It is a GABA antagonist and nothing more.

It tastes nasty and has absolutely no hallucinogenic effects, so why anyone would want to drink it is beyond me.

Absinthe is a very sweet drink with loads of alcohol. (at least, the one i had)
I did not like it at all, sweet drinks are for pusseys, you might as well drink lemonade...Beer ftw!

You need to visit Cancún, lie down on its gorgeous beach and tan a little bit surrounded by beautiful girls. Then you sip some Coronas. Then you party around a bonfire, still surrounded by beautiful women and drink some more Corona. Then you go to your room with a couple of the girls, drink more Corona and get jiggy, and wake up in the morning to sip more Corona while you observe their bodies lying on your bed, undressed, pondering what their names are... and then you sip a little bit more Coronas. Then you give up trying to remember their names and head to the beach again (while drinking Corona in the way), and repeat the process all over again... for a full 2 weeks.

If after that you don't think Corona is the best beer in the world, you're gay.

Buy a few different miniatures to try before buying a bottle.

What you like another will hate and vice versa. Buying a bottle based on someone elses opinion may mean you are disppointed.
