I've read a few posts, and know this one could get highjacked. But I want to know who the active Canadian players are. Send me a note or a game request or both?
I'm thinking of maybe starting a Clan for Canadians.

There are plenty. Just click on "Find Player" and then "Search by country". Then select "Canada".

Alternatively you can click on Open Invites, and click on the names until you see a Canadian flag.

I found a few just now, but this will be changing all the time.

I thought of that, but that will also give me names of people who joined like 20 years ago, and aren't here anymore, right?

There is a "Last Move" column which shows when they erm...last moved.

It also sorts it by this column with the most recent first. You can even just filter for players whom are online now.

The other thing is i don't want to message them all. One, I am not a subscriber so I only have 10 messages/24 horus. Two, they might find me contacting them when they dont know me kinda annoying.

one. subscribe... you'll have to if you want to start a clan anyway.

two. you don't know them, why would you care?

It is also why I gave the open invites suggestion. You can accept their game and start up a conversation. Good place to start for a new player here.
