When do you find yourself unable to agree to disagree?

When do you find yourself unable to agree to disagree?
That happens when 1. The other side is too dumb to understand what they are talking about or 2. I suspect the other side is lying. I'm pretty forgiving when it comes to ignorance but have scant patience with liars. Either way, when it gets to this point I can't agree to disagree. Time to tune them out and move on.

I agree. I would add 3. When the other person keeps coming back, in thread after thread, with essentially the same claim although it has been refuted several times before.
