"I could care less" suggests that they do care, since there is room to care less. The correct construction, surely, is "I couldn't care less", which many (usually non-American) people do use.

I have noticed that of the 62 people displaying the Azerbaijan flag at this site, not a single one has ponied up membership dough to carry the load. I guess they could care less😵
