I wonder if anybody at RHP takes them, and can give me some advice.
I am 6' 3", but weigh only 58Kg. I eat very well, often consuming two meals at one sitting. However, my metabolism is very high in that I exercise frequently with my wife. That seems to limit my weight gain. I have only one bolic too, which may add to the reduced affects of my body trying to gain weight, when exercising with my wife. I have been told that to take anabolic steroids may, indeed, lead to two bolics. I'm not really concentrating in getting two bolics, but more in gaining the weight necessary to get into the lower level BMI of my height.
If I exercise less frequently with my wife, could anabolic steroids, taken without effort, make an addition to my weight?
Serious advice needed. Thanks in advance,
-m.

Whether the steroids are used for medicinal or other reasons, they can produce many unwanted side effects. These include:
• high blood pressure
• increased total cholesterol levels
• increased acne
• hair loss and baldness
• prostate cancer
• liver damage (often caused by high doses of oral administration)
• excessive growth of oral gums
There are specific side effects in males. These include gynocomastia which is the appearance of female characteristics including breast development, sexual disfunction and infertility and shrinking of the testicles (testicular atrophy).

I've done steroids three times in the last 3 years.
I went from 200 to 240lbs the first time.
240lbs to 255 the second time and 250ish to over 275 the third time.
The steroid I chose was designed for weight gain and very potent.
You need to research which one/type you want for what goals you have.
I can't suggest anything. You have to do that work yourself.
First of all...steroids don't make you big...they only help you heal faster so you can work out more. So if you think taking them and not working out will work? You're right...you will get all of the negative side affects and maybe get fat. YOU HAVE TO WORK OUT.
Your anger and blood pressure will go through the roof.
Your "boys" will shrink but they grow back. Small potatoes make the steak look bigger right?.
If you are prone to baldness it will increase the speed in which you are going bald.
It won't make you go bald unless that is already in your genetic make up.
Acne is also dependent on the person...you will get it if you always did.
I never went bald and never had acne, I did have scary levels of high blood pressure and anger.
One cycle of steroids won't do much either, you will gain weight but don't expect to be a massive ripped muscle head after one cycle. You have to do it for years to get like that.
Your food intake has to double. Healthy whole foods. NO ALCOHOL.
If weight gain is your goal then a gallon of whole milk per day...with your food.
You need to workout out with compound exercises...
Bench press, Squats, Deadlifts, Rows, Shoulder press etc etc.
Little stuff like working only your biceps and chest will do nothing.
I could go on and on but you get the point.
JUICE...EAT...LIFT. TRY NOT TO KILL ANYONE.
GOOD LUCK! 😉

One more thing....what Very Rusty wrote is right, with the exception of the baldness and acne, that depends on the person.
And you might grow boobs after you are done with the juice so make sure you have a "Post cycle therapy" ready...(more drugs)

I've heard of plenty of people getting prostate cancer and they never did steroids.
Most people who get serious problems from steroids have been on them for years.
Yes that can cause problems...just like drinking alcohol for years can cause problems.
I don't drink or smoke and I have done the juice three times. I am in a lot better shape than the people reading this who smoke and drink.
I'd even bet red meat has more of a chance of causing prostate cancer than a couple cycles of roids.

Odds are you know more than I do about it, since you have done it.
I was just pointing out to the poster, some of the known dangers.
