Taking a lunch time stroll in a park in downtown Houston...saw an old man playing chess with a dog...amazed, I said "That's one smart dog". The old man responded "naaaaah, he's not so smart. I'm ahead three games to one".

I think he is a widower. He has a baloney and cheese in his fridge waiting for him...
The man standing lives in a nursery home, and that on the right (youngest I think) maybe has nagging wife he is escaping from by playing park chess.
