Android/Google account

Not sure about anything else but Dropbox hold photos and it pretty simple to use.

Edit: There's also onedrive that i forgot about that's used for storing files etc, could probably store pics as well but Dropbox works a treat for that imo.

I use android tech and these machines are always asking me to link everything.
So yes you can use a google account to bring everything together.

It seems fairly easy because the device asks you and you just say yes or no.
If yes then you type in the info of your other emails or whatevers.
Most of the time it is just a click of accept or decline.

I use android phone and a tablet and no problems so far.
