check the library catalog and interlibrary loan, at your library's website. free.

also try netflix, blockbuster, walmart.com rental sites (walmart has rentals, right?) not free but not expensive.

Exactly. Hentai is a sub-genre of anime.

Accusing someone of being perverted for watching anime is akin to accusing someone of being perverted for reading magazines simply because you can get pornographic magazines. Not all magazines are perverted and not all anime is perverted.

Anime is the name also given to the resin known in commerce as Zanzibar or East African copal. The raw copal yielded by Zanzibar Trachylobium hornemannianum is inferior, and used only in India and China for making a coarse varnish. The fossil East African copal is dug from the ground over a wide belt of the mainland coast of Zanzibar. A gum obtained from the Vateria indica is also known as gum anime, and is often confused with true copal in commerce. Just eleaborating on Bowmann's information.

In light of this, I would say your best bet is to go to Africa yourself and try to get it there, to avoid the high prices when it is imported.
