All Non-Subscriber Recommendations are to be rescinded from this moment.
As from now, an entirely new system will be in place, allowing Non-Subscribers to continue to recommend posts they feel worthy of high praise (etc. etc.).
Announcing the All-New Non-subscriber Recommendation, or ANNSR.
Non-Subscribers will continue to enjoy the same privileges as before, with no monthly limit, plus the added benefit of being permitted to All-New Non-Subscriber Recommend one's own posts with impunity (providing one is a respected poster who generally exhibits sufficient levels of wit, segacity, astuteness and general intelligence across the forums). In addition, for every ANNSR awarded 1% will be automatically donated to a random, anonymous charitable organisation.
[Apologies to those who managed to acquire a high number of NSRs over the past 12 months. (The decision behind the annulment was a difficult one and those requiring justification may write to me for some sort of explanation.)]

I have every confidence in the new system and do not foresee any future complications which might warrant further modification or its removal.
Confidence is nice, but not constructive.

I'm afraid so.
However, I am awarding 2 ANNSRs to whomever can find as many deliberate errors in the first post of this thread.
2. Paragraph 2 - it is not at all clear what the 'etc. etc.' refers to.
3. Paragraph 3 - 'subscriber' should be capitalised to align with the subsequent acronym.
4. Paragraph 4 - 'segacity' should read 'sagacity'.
5. Paragraph 5 - '12' should be written as a word (slightly archaic, that one).
6. Paragraph 5 - unnecessary use of parentheses around the final sentence.

-1 ANNSR for trying to be a smart-arse.
