Ok everyone. We have had many threads about many things, but I can't for the life of me remember a thread about cheese. I am loking for new cheeses to try in various dishes, so lets here it. What's your favorite cheese?

Yes, I know the requiem and have played it a few times. So I guess your favourite chorists are those who sing Fauré's requiem. 🙂

Mozzarella is great in combination with tomatoes and basil, and some aceto balsamico, herb salt and pepper.

Goat cheese is also delicious with a little fig paste. The sweetness of the figs and the tartness of the cheese really go well together.
