Another timebank bug?

I'm playing a game against Danny Gallagher (game id 367486) and he hasn't moved in a long time, so his timebank has been completely exhausted. The game has a 3 day TO plus 14 day timebank, and it's been more than 3 days since his timebank was used up.

The reason I think there's a bug, is because I've still not been given the option to claim the win. Unless I've misunderstood something, the option to take the time-out should have come up several days ago. At the moment, because of this bug, timebanks are useless.

Even stranger, I'm also playing Danny but 7 day TO with 14 day TB however I have now been given the opportunity to clain the win despite the fact the timebank still has 3.86 days left on it! Game id is 371894. Glitches galore!!!
