yes. but not per minute.

for my contract of £15 per month ,I get 500 minutes and 100 texts.

For an extra £2.50 I get 500mb to do internet.

It gives access to hotmail ,msn and yahoo.

You can still nominate RHP by texting on the "suggest a site" link. You dont need to subscribe to suggest a site.

i'm just in the process of leaving 3 for orange
