With that box number, I'm guessing the correct zip + 4 for that would be 99705-6009.

Also, 1 oz. US to US is always 44 cents, unless the envelope is large (taller than 6 1/8 inches OR longer than 11 1/2 inches OR thicker than 1/4 inch), in which case the postage is 88 cents for the first ounce.
