that must be a nigerian scam, north pole alaska is so far south it's ridiculous. if it was in europe it would be in southern finland!

With that box number, I'm guessing the correct zip + 4 for that would be 99705-6009.

Also, 1 oz. US to US is always 44 cents, unless the envelope is large (taller than 6 1/8 inches OR longer than 11 1/2 inches OR thicker than 1/4 inch), in which case the postage is 88 cents for the first ounce.
