I am trying to find someone that will want to do a postal service chess game (corr.). I don't want to do an email game, but a postcard game. If you are interested, please email me at zsmith002@yahoo.com

Charming idea but you have obviously never been on the receiving end of the London postal system. They are liars, cheats, thieves and scoundrels the lot of 'em. I never would see your postcard....

Ain't that the truth. I live round the corner from the sorting office yet i spend most mornings sorting out the mail when it arrives. One for me....one for next door.......one that should have been delivered to cornwall.....etc..

Cannot see the sense myself.

Say you make 20 moves per game then it will cost you minimum of £4 for postage (UK 2nd class rate), plus the cost of postcards.

Far cheaper becoming a subscriber, playing more games and playing more frequently.
