I don't think it's available any more - why not try bowmann's favourite, VLC?

Some of the videos free at the end and this microsoft error report comes on. It says sent error report so I do and then it gives you a page which has a download to fix the problem.
The download has a missing file so It cannot be used. I tried 2 different sites from microsoft to download it from but both don't work. So i though that if I get an aol player it might not do that.
I tried using windows media player but when you go to media guide and click on a song/video they are mostly aol ones and it opens up into an aol player.

uh huh. Anyone else want to help me?
but you'd really be better off without anything aol-related. they have already turned many perfectly good softwareproducts into a pile of useless crap, like netscape, winamp, icq...
the old winamp was far better, meaning versions up to 2.9x. -at 3.0 aol took it over and instantly ruined it. it's almost impressive how good they are at ruining things.

And did you do what they recommended?
"To work around this problem temporarily, clear the Internet Explorer local browser cache."
How do you clear that cache?
Open internet go to tools->internet options then?
Or is there a different way?
Originally posted by wormwoodThe video's work fine. But at the very ending when it is shutting down the video or starting the next one, that message pops up.
I went there, clicked some video, and it opened an embedded flash-player. maybe your problem is with flash?
It's not for all the videos. Maybe every 2/5 it pops up.

Another way is to get a program like crap cleaner [freeware] and let it do it all for you.
http://www.ccleaner.com/
If you use this, you may want to uncheck the box for cookies on the left first, or you'll have to re-sign in everywhere you go again.
M$ are stupid - any time something goes wrong, I get a message from them telling me to upgrade Firefox when I already have the latest version.
