No GPS functionality, short battery life, no 3G, low quality camera and limited 3rd party applications to name a few.

In my opinion, the iPhone isn't that bad it's just over-hyped. People seem to be suckered in by the touch-screen like it's the best thing since sliced bread when the technology has been around for years. But then again, duping people into buying their gimmicks is Apple's forte. Kudos to them for a great marketing campaign for a mediocre gadget, but you'd be better off spending your money on a Nokia N95, Sony Ericsson W950i or even a LG Prada.
