Are you deliberately trying to miss the point? How do childrens games of fantasy turn into full fledged sports for adults ? There is something weird about such societies? Clearly these children have not matured. Anyway, I was expecting people of similar mindset to miss the point of the opening post.

If it keeps people active, off their bums AND they’re having fun what’s the problem?
Many would love to be national sports heroes but lack the ability.
