With a runner-up finish in today's stage, which was an individual time-
trial (one of his strengths), Lance has made it clear that he is a most
serious contender to be wearing the yellow jersey at the end of the
Tour. He finished 10 seconds behind the stage winner. That's all I
have at the moment.
