Nah, he's onside. The arms don't count. He was level with that defender. Bad call by the assistant referee.

They both have their arms close to their body. I'm looking at their feet, actually, and trying to gouge the distance to the lines. And I think he's offside.

Since it is so close, I think we should give the arbiter the benefit of doubt, after all HE HAD a good angle.
