Just search google images for a picture. If it's for your profile or your forum avatar, then it only has to be relatively square and about the right size. If you find a picture that you really like, but isn't at all the right shape or size, you can copy it into a photo editing program and change the size. Then find somewhere like a forum where you can post pictures and do so.
