I've got this .avi file which has a commentary track on, apparently, audio channel 2. Is it possible to play the file on windows media player without playing the commentary track?

can't you just select audio 1? some movies files come with two audio channels like cantonese vs mandarin, and you simply select the one you want.

unless there IS no channel 1? maybe the person who encoded the file simply screwed that up?
