Indeed horrible. Looks like it has been chosen to be something metaphorically, forced upon, instead of a name that at least has less obvious meaning at first and just looks pretty.

I'd have to vote no. If you like Justice, why not go with the more feminine Justine (per Divegeester's suggestion) or Justina?
