I am writing this message to you, personally. I am not having anyone else type it for me, and it is intended specifically for your person (i.e. you). As I am not a member of the constituency of any prime minister, I find it highly unlikely that any prime minister would be willing to personally deliver a message from me to you, especially as you do not reside in the constituency of any prime minister either. I have sent an email to my congressman in hopes that he can arrange some sort of prime minister postal service for us, but these things take time, so until then, I have no way to contact you besides this thread.
