It's probably not a good idea to go grocery shopping with the wife, put the groceries in the trunk of the car, drop the wife of at the subway station, come home and forget to bring the groceries in the house.
Rationale: When the wife arrives back home, three hours later, she won't be too happy to hear how the frozen food has perished in the trunk. 🙁

Originally posted by kirksey957The grocery shopping itself went well. I followed behind my wife like a good little husband. The problem occured when she arrived home from clothes shopping on her own. She came in and the instant she asked "Where are the frozen items?" after peeking in the freezer, that sudden feeling of panic and embarrasment was not pleasant.
Ray, I do better doing the grocery shopping myself or having her do it. Grocery shopping is second on my list after hanging wallpaper of things not to do with your wife.

Ranjana, that weekend shopping excursion actually went well. My wife agreed not to dilly-dally and I agreed not to walk around like a bored, mindless zombie. I managed to find some nice clothes.
However, forgetting the groceries in the trunk for three hours wasn't today's best moment.
