I am curious. Occasionally someone is banned from the site. Is the reason for a ban ever revealed publicly?
You could feign chess interest and post a game from a banned player with some comments. After short time people will give opinions if the person could have been banned for engine use.
You could look up the player statistics and see that he won (or lost) a lot of games against the same opponent after very few moves (two will do the trick) then the offense was probably multiple accounts.
You could post the user name in the Forum and see if people are relieved, then obnoxious behaviour is a likely candidate.

And I don't understand your confusion about any statements of mine.
But I can still clarify: There is also the banning from using the forums. This is not easily explained but nromally temporary.
