Well, I looked it up, and according to my dictionary "to" can have a long "oo"-sound like in "too" and "two". However, if it's not stressed, it sounds different.

By the way, "good" doesn't sound at all like "god", but Norwegian "god" means "good" and is pronounced like "goo".
