Life is not on earth. It is within yourself.

If you think correctly, you are born again everyday. 🙂

BBQ means different things in different parts of the country. Here it would be beef brisket. In NC it would be shreaded pork in a sauce. In SC they use a mustard based sauce.

In NJ it's a verb. I remember going on a business trip to the south, and eating at a buffet. I saw the big serving platter of steaming carnage and asked one of the servers what it was. He said, "Barbecue". I had no clue what that meant at the time.

Something a judge might dish out, because sharing this exercise yard with some of you is a right kick in the nadgers.

Of course, Andy. Just wondering, though, which of each of the pairs

might be your customary viewpoint or preferred usage. That's all.

Good point, Mike. Got sloppy. How about, "... which of the alternative meanings in each of the pairs..."

Okay, barbecue is now a verb, though originally a noun,
chess is an artful game, and life, be it destination or journey,
is too short to split hairs over parts of speech.

Thanks, Andy. You sure Emily Dickinson isn't a major, life giving branch on your family tree?
