"If you are using Internet Explorer 8 or 9, please make sure you set the browser zoom to 100%. If you must zoom, consider upgrading your browser or using an alternative. If you are not using Internet Explorer 8 or 9, please send feedback. To set your zoom level to the default ( 100% ) do the following: With your browser open, hold down the "ctrl" key then press the number "0" (zero, not on the numeric key pad, on the numeric horizontally aligned number keys.) This will set the zoom level to the default."

make sure zoom is set at 150%.
