You miss the whole point. Issue is 'full stature' and maturity... not our pilgrim's progress slips and falls, indulgences and shipwrecks along the way.

Wrong. Dead wrong. Absolute truth isn't subject to your private interpretation or mine. It's out there to be apprehended by you and by me.

GB, profiles are not people.
Wrong again. All that we do (how we drive, treat others, play chess, kiss) represents small but telling and indelible signatures of our being.

Personal choice and path are what's important in my view.
Point precisely. All about good decisions from a position of strength. Rational capacity to think makes decisions. Emotions are cheerleaders.

Agree. Man's emotional package is far inferior to a woman's. Emotionally men are also weaker. A man criticized in bed can't function again.

Nothing has changed. Macho immaturity still insists on boasting about what it lacks.

When I played baseball, "Bow your neck" was a common encouragement from teammates, intended to get one excited and confident. So I'm not sure that I ubderstand a negative association there. As for the rest, as usual, I agree with Bobby's sentiments,
"Bow' as in stiff necked/resistant to being taught and growing up. Your baseball reference suggest positive resolve. I pitched and played first base.

I see you take Mr. Tsu's advice to heart.

"When your enemy is stronger, avoid and irritate him"

Well done.

My god gb. you really have lost it. Where you see macho immaturity and boasting, the rest of us see jesting and humour.

You need to go to Rancho Relaxo for some soul searching and a chill pill.

Wrong again. Sometimes a rose is just a rose.

Too many posts to respond to here.

I think you have some nerve telling me I'm wrong. You give absolute truths to people in this forum. That's wrong.

Full maturity is when? Just so we are all on notice, please.

Everything you say here has truth.

As they say though, how difficult you find something depends on whether or not you RTFM.

We, as a species, have been given the manual. Open your mind and heart to it, and everything changes.

The other 3 billion women on this planet already have that. 😛

Think about the principle again. An assertion of fact is either true or it's false... irrespective of what I may think or your hurt feelings may say.

Baseball runs in my husband's family. His dad was a well-known pitcher in semi-pros in this area from age 16 to 36. Hubby and brothers followed suit. He was a rookie in the camp of a pro team when Uncle Sam interfered in WW2. That ended his pitching career.
