Sis,

If you watched the Donnie Iris video, at the end there is a link to a live version that he played on a public TV channel.

He looks like he's about 70. LOL

But you know what? He TORE IT UP. I was very impressed. Especially the notes he hit at the very end.

He isn't much to look at, but I give him an A for his spirit and effort.

Here's the link if you are interested. The keyboard player is... a real bonus. I think the whole band is on loan from the Public Network channel because they all look like total.. well you know... losers. Though I give the lady singer points for being an attractive loser.

They may be losers, or just local studio musicians, but they were passable. I liked the guitar player with the strap so tight he was playing it up on his chest. Yeah, Donnie did tear it up. But I always liked this song anyways, it was one of the better things about the 80s.

And yeah, the chick in this one was WAY better looking.

How about Sweet and Driver's Seat, or Billy Thorpe and Children of the Sun? Some of those one hit wonders still had cool tunes.
