I've recently started going on scenic bike rides in the green belt areas surrounding Manchester. Take the train out, do about 15 miles riding then get the train back into town. Last week I pedalled from Hope to Chapel-en-le-frith. This weekend I'm hoping to do Slaithwaite > Holfirth > Huddersfield.
Does anyone have any suggestions of any other scenic bike tours in the north west? Please feel free to tell me where to go...
