The short excerpts of eclectic instrumental music interspersed with the boy-you-got-'em-all-jammed-in-here microfictions, and the absence of From Colchester To Sulawesi at the end, gives this highlights reel edition of the show a very different feel.

If anyone wants to nominate any favourite Onions or whole shows or discuss my thoughtful curation of the featured music [also 260 tunes over the whole series], this is the thread for it.

We can broaden it out to a discussion about UK local radio in the C21st and the COVID-triggered boom in podcast making and consumption.

I can even take questions on the history of radio and mass media generally.
