😞

I had a bit of a session last night...

I haven't got a clue what happened after we got in to the rock bar/club last night. I remember the girl singer was pretty fit, and playing pool
against a crusty ginger dreadlocked dude, then the barman. Not sure what else I did there or how things finished up... anyway next thing I find myself in a different bar, not sure who I went there with... I
think I tried to get a game of pool, I certainly had a drink, as I clearly
remember the bouncer taking that from me with one hand whilst grabbing my throat with his other. I thought it best not to question what I had done to upset the dude, so left like I'd stolen something....

Don't know how I got home, been very sick today, slept through til 4pm and even now I feel rough as sandpaper still and not managed to eat anything yet 😕

I blame the government for this. Had they not introduced extended hours my night would've finished at 2am and I'd only feel mildy rough now, as it was I felt obliged to drink to destruction...

Never again? 😉

Yeah, I was pretty hung over yesterday. I was out until about 5am and needed to have a friend drive me home. Luckily I wasn't foolish enough to attempt to do it myself, I realized that was a bad idea when I moved my car 20 feet so I wasn't parking my friend in and felt that I might lose control of the vehicle. After that it was pretty clear to both of us that I shouldn't worry about a ticket and just pick up the car in the morning. 15 dollar ticket vs very costly legal proceedings and or bodily harm. The choice was clear.

Besides, I won't pay the ticket anyway.

I have a problem with extended hours too. I can't be trusted to go home at a sensible time once I have had a few either. Happened to me this week, I decided to head to the pub again after a curry rather than strolling home as I used to.

I NEED the nanny state to make sure I am in bed by 12.

Don't say that! You're going to ruin it for responsable people.

If someone decides it is a good idea to start drinking at 3pm and invite me along, you get what you deserve. 😛

I'm reconsidering future meet-ups as it might be best if we never meet... It could get messy.

You'll just have to have the next meet-up at a place which doesn't serve alcohol. Have hot chocolate instead, that's muuuuuuuch better anyway. 🙂
