I am in terrible pain, I walked from the lounge to the kitchen in my new slippers and now I have a severe blister on my right heel , do I need to go to A&E any tips or advice welcome.

Can we please have an update on the blister?

bought a shoe stretcher GOAD not sure if it works on slippers, dialed 111 for advice they said 999 ambulance , paramedics came out in a jiff ...well within 4 hrs after a cuppa they applied a huge elastoplast , told me to double up on pain relief so thats 2 bottles of Grouse a day, will keep u updated on progress. PS. I dont think its anything to do with my metatarsal bones.

your so right saw the blister specialist this morning he now thinks its gout but that might be down to my consuption of famous grouse.
