Pac's coach says fighters are already tested all the time and Pac has a phobia about fighting after giving blood. Seems reasonable.
Apparently,according to Roach Oscar had dehydrated himself intentionally to make the weight then his people had shot him up to rehydrate him .
It was a day late and a dollar short though.
If you notice in the fight Oscar looks weak and emaciated.
