The phrase "In my opinion" is a waste of words. Of course it's his opinion. If it was the opinion of someone else, he would have quoted them.

Why do you people respond to such dribble.

Well, when I'm carrying a rating between the high 1800's to 1900 I can't get points from playing a non-subscriber (who is rated at 1200). But Let me give you a REAL LIFE situation! A non-subscriber challenged me a while back and BEAT ME! Yeah, and after the game I LOST 30 points... I also discovered that I was playing against Fritz! So not only did I lose 30 points from my rating, but even after turning in my game and my complaint, he simply "disappeared".

So where's the checks and balances here? I was still out 30 points. It was after that event that I said I would never (again) play a person who had nothing to lose.

That is why I've taken the stance that I take now, and I take offense that others tell me that I'm wrong in my assessment. I'm sure that if it had happened to them they'd have the same feelings.

1)Biggdogproblem answered perfectly to your stupid answer "but he DID NOT SAY "In my opinion..." and that statement really says a lot about you.

2) Do I need to specify that this post reflects my opinion or do you think it's someone else's opinion?

3) I'm not your friend.

If you care about your rating, why would you play any 1200 player (whether subscriber or not!)?

If ICC, which charges more $$ per year than this site, has computer cheats, then there will likely be some here too. The $$ paid doesn't deter cheats one bit.

If the site operators can't enforce a ban on a non-sub who abuses with multiple handles, then how will they stop a subscriber from doing the same thing??

i wish i could understand what you are saying... OR DO I?!

And we may not deserve to 'B' chess players in your not so humble opinion, but at least we ARE chess players. i dont really know what your problem is, but I bet it's hard to pronounce.
