It was indeed though my personal feeling when deciding on the exclamation mark was that the term "who cares" is now so commonly used as a statement instead of a question that it should now be possible to use an exclamation mark instead of a question mark. I thought about this in detail for a while. When I woke up I decided to just throw caution to the wind and exclaim????
