We aren't complaining about the thumbs down.

We want to know who is thumbing us down.
Are they too scared? Ooooo Booga Boooga big scary man 🥴

We also want to know who alerts us.
Of course they are too sacred again 🙄

My idea...limiting thumbs would make them more valuable and when used would cause more effect and it would stop every damn thread looking like a red and green Christmas tree 🙄

Has been done a number of times and there has even been a poll on this...so chances are remote.

FYI:
I use thumbs sparingly.
I tend to give more green than red, since I do believe in encoragmenet.
I might have thumbed down posts of you.

I believe red thumbs are harmless - just a way to express disagreement either of the post or the poster. It wouldn't help me to know which they are, I still don't know who they are.

Yep, let them crawl out from under their anonymity, the red - thumbers I mean. If I give someone a thumbs - up I'm happy for anyone to know it was me. I've never red - thumbed anyone, but if I did there would be a reason for it, and ditto the above.

No, this is EXACTLY about the snowflakes who can't stand having people disagree with them and they hate that they cannot get in their face and berate them for it.

Although some people try (we know who).

"Limiting thumbs" is not about "making them more valuable". What a con job. You just want less red thumbs because you want to get away with the heinous things you say here.

The more thumbs (red AND green) mean one thing. People are involved. People care what is said here, and BECAUSE the thumbs are anonymous, they're not afraid they will get the "Donald Trump treatment" for showing their approval or disapproval of people and what they say.

The one thing you need to be asking yourself is WHY do you want to shut down the people criticizing you? Can't take the heat? Then maybe learn to express yourself without insulting people. And stop whining that that's "too hard".
